It has been two years since you have treated and corrected my back trouble, and I am pain free! I have had no painful back spasms since beginning treatment in February 2008. Anyone who has had back trouble and suffered through the pain would agree with me when I state: back pain is misery that I would not wish on my enemies-if I had them!
My back trouble was resolved through a series of tractions and adjustments with near zero pain or discomfort. I had suffered several years of painful spasms that lasted for weeks making normal, everyday tasks difficult to perform. It was hard to get around because of the pain. I am glad that I asked a friend who knew where to refer me when I asked if he knew a good Chiropractor-and thanks be to God for placing my back trouble in the healing hands at Vance Chiropractic!

I want to thank Vance Chiropractic for helping me in such a way that no one else could. When I came here earlier this year I was in so much pain, as I had been for many years but had found no solution. My pain was to the point that I would take six 800 mg. of pain medicine every 3 -4 hours and it wasn't doing anything to touch the pain. I would wake up every night from headaches, have them all day long. Many days my hands would go numb if I was reading (which I do allot of) sewing. It was terrible.
After coming to you and doing your treatment plan to fix my neck curve I am SO much better. Due to an extenuating circumstance not all my pain is gone but it is now manageable. I no longer wake up with headaches except maybe once every couple of weeks.
I would also encourage anyone who is suffering from the same thing to follow the regiment that clinic gives and authorizes; if it helped me it will help you. - Stormy

I had been in pain for quite awhile in my neck, shoulders and back. I sought help from Vance Chiropractic Clinic. I had a spinal alignment done with Dr Josh with much relief, but he then suggested that I try some acupuncture. With the knowledgeable placement of acupuncture needles by Dr Kari I was given total relief after my session with her. I found her acupuncture treatment to be a God send. I'm free of all pain now. - WHM

My experience in going to Chiropractors over the years hasn't been something that you want to remember.
Since I have been coming to Vance Chiropractic Clinic in Republic and seeing Dr Josh the methods, and procedures he uses works! The Impulse "gun", the standing, table tractions that he uses on my neck, back and hips have been a very good healing technique.
In my opinion, this procedure is the best way to have the problem with my neck, back and hips adjusted after hitting my head and having 5 compression fractures in my back from a fall. - MJM
After suffering two weeks with low back pain, bent over at a 45° with pain off the Richter scale, I decided to take my Aunts advice and see the professional help of "her" Chiropractor - Dr Vance.
My pain had lessened the first week of treatment and by the second week I was walking upright once again.
With some regularity and Dr Josh's adjustments and stretching I am very HAPPY to say I am virtually pain free and have resumed my normal activities let's say 99.9% cured.
